We will help you to cancel trip and get 100% refund after deduction of 3% of bank Charge from 1 January 2019. Before that all cancelation is 100% free with no deduction of bank charges.
However general terms of cancelation apply as below.
48 Hrs before start of the trip – 100% refunded
24 hrs to 48 hr before start of the trip with no Driver Info Shared – 85%
6 hrs to 24 hrs before Start of the Trip with or without driver info shared – 50%
Less then 6 Hrs of Start of the Trip – 25% refund
We process refund fast and you will receive your payment on same account from where you paid the trip advance or make full payment.
Cablo + Member – for Cablo + card members cancelation is free for the entire period with 100% refund and 0% deduction.
